LAMBERTS Vitamin B-100 Complex includes all the B vitamins at effective and balanced levels. Unlike other complexes on the market, ours contains significant levels of inositol and choline, "brain food."


This is a high potency product, useful in situations where a rapid improvement in the intake of B vitamins is required due to very high requirements, or because the diet has been very deficient.


In most cases, this product should be used as a short-term supplement, typically 2 months, after which the Vitamin B-50 complex would provide adequate levels of B vitamins.
