1 sachet = 1 meal.

Replace 1 or 2 meals a day with 1 or 2 sachets respectively.

Preparation mode:

1. Pour about 200 ml – 250 ml (depending on the consistency you prefer) of water into a container and add the contents of the sachet.
2. Stir the mixture vigorously for 20 seconds using a fork or a stirring glass until completely dissolved. If desired, you can
heat it uncovered for 1 minute in the microwave.

3. Let it sit for a minute and then savor it slowly.

It is recommended to drink 2 L of water a day.
