Food supplement based on Soy Lecithin.

Lecithin is the phospholipid that gives flexibility to the membranes of all living beings and is also the molecule that esterifies cholesterol and leads it to the liver.

It is also an emulsifier of fats, favoring their digestion and their dispersion in the blood, avoiding the formation of atheromas and even dissolving existing ones.

Lecithin is the food that provides phosphorus and choline.

How to use:

take 6 to 9 pearls a day, divided between the 3 main meals.

Average contents per daily dose of:

6 pearls (4.4 g): soy lecithin 4.4 g
9 pearls (6.6 g): soy lecithin 6.6 g

Ana M ª Lajusticia was born in Bilbao in 1924. She has a degree in chemistry from the University of Madrid and has studied agriculture and animal food, publishing articles on the topic in journals.

Since the early 70s, he devoted himself to the study of Foods, based in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, participating in several conferences on this subject.

His extensive knowledge and expertise led her to write his first book "The balanced diet in modern life, which was an extraordinary success, which was followed by nine other works, two of which have been translated into French, German, Dutch and Portuguese.
