Food supplement rich in trace elements, mineral salts (iodine, potassium, bromine, chlorine, calcium, iron, silica), vitamins and provitamins A and D. It effectively complements diets low in fish.

• Iodine is essential for the formation of thyroid hormones T3 and T4 or thyroxine, and it is involved in the combustion of carbohydrates and fats.

Its deficiency leads to goiter and thyroid disorders. It also has an important role in fluid reduction and intestinal peristalsis.

How to use:

• Take 1 tablet a day.

• It is recommended to take it with plenty of water.

• Average content per daily dose of 1 tablet (450 mg): fucus algae powder 32 mg, fucus algae dry extract 100 mg.
Anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), dry extract of fucus seaweed (Fucus vesiculosus), powdered fucus seaweed (F. vesiculosus), lemon flavor.
Ana María Lajusticia
Ana M ª Lajusticia was born in Bilbao in 1924. She has a degree in chemistry from the University of Madrid and has studied agriculture and animal food, publishing articles on the topic in journals.

Since the early 70s, he devoted himself to the study of Foods, based in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, participating in several conferences on this subject.

His extensive knowledge and expertise led her to write his first book "The balanced diet in modern life, which was an extraordinary success, which was followed by nine other works, two of which have been translated into French, German, Dutch and Portuguese.
