Pranarom Organic Wintergreen Essential Oil

Native to Nepal, Gaultheria fragrantissima has similar uses to Gaultheria procumbens. It is the Nepalese evergreen. The chemotyped essential oils of wintergreen relieve muscle pain associated with physical exhaustion, back pain, arthritis, and any musculoskeletal problem. It helps relax muscles and reduces inflammation in joints and tendons.

Dosage:

In massage, a few drops diluted in a vegetable oil for local application.

Tips:

This AEQT is useful for its vasodilatory action on peripheral circulation, but when pure, it can irritate sensitive skin. For this reason, it should always be used diluted.

The solution: 3 drops AEQT Wintergreen + 2 drops AEQT Katrafay + 2 drops AEQT Rosemary QT Camphor + 8 drops AM St. John's Wort massaged 3 times a day.
