Adjust the toe area, making sure the heel area is facing down. Slide the fabric up to the heel area. Stretch the stocking using your fingers at the back and pass this area. Pull the compression stockings up to the ankle, making sure the foot area is well positioned and the fabric is correctly distributed. Continue pulling the compression stockings up until they are gradually right side out. Sliding the stocking over the fabric makes putting them on much easier.
